- To receive a full refund, traveler should cancel the tour 8 days prior to the travel date in the local time zone. If the booking is cancelled within 7 – 4 Days prior to the arrival date, 50% cancellation charge will be applied. 100% cancellation charge will be applied for all the cancellation received less than 3 days prior to the arrival date.

- Some sites involve steps and uneven surfaces, especially Sigiriya Rock Fortress and ancient ruins.
